The aletto Hotels are sending a strong signal for diversity and joining the “Diversity Charter”. This is an obvious step, as diversity is a core brand value at aletto, which is actively lived and passed on to the teams on a daily basis.
The “Diversity Charter” is an initiative to promote diversity and inclusion in the German working world and has set itself the task of supporting companies that want to create an inclusive and diverse working environment. By joining the Charter, aletto Hotels is committed to actively implementing the following principles:
Promoting equal opportunities: aletto ensures that all employees, regardless of gender, origin, religion, sexual orientation, age or other characteristics, have equal opportunities for professional development.
Combating discrimination: aletto actively combats discrimination and prejudice in the workplace and promotes a culture of recognition.
Promoting diversity: aletto takes measures to promote diversity in the workforce and ensures that different perspectives and backgrounds are appreciated.
At aletto, a variety of cultures have always been brought together under one roof. Visitors from 76 different countries have already visited our hotels. The Aletto workforce is just as diverse, with 22 nations represented here. The diverse team of the houses on Kudamm and Potsdamer Platz consists of different people with different strengths and ideas. Joining the Diversity Charter underlines the commitment to a working environment that is characterized by respect, equal opportunities and appreciation for diversity.
