The aletto Hotels are sending a strong signal for diversity and joining the “Diversity Charter”. This is an obvious step, as diversity is a core brand value at aletto, which is actively lived and passed on to the teams on a daily basis.
 
The “Diversity Charter” is an initiative to promote diversity and inclusion in the German working world and has set itself the task of supporting companies that want to create an inclusive and diverse working environment. By joining the Charter, aletto Hotels is committed to actively implementing the following principles:

The Aletto workforce is just as diverse, with 22 nations represented here. The diverse team of the houses on Kudamm and Potsdamer Platz consists of different people with different strengths and ideas. Joining the Diversity Charter underlines the commitment to a working environment that is characterized by respect, equal opportunities and appreciation for diversity.
