Fun and sport
aletto Kudamm features many highlights, such as an outdoor soccer court, a basketball hoop, a pool table, and a ping-pong table. aletto Potsdamer Platz boasts an XXL foosball table that's great fun. You can also barbecue in the green hotel gardens, and on request half or full-board bookings can be made for travel groups.
In the relaxed atmosphere of our hotels you'll find many comfortable areas to sit and wind down at the end of the day. Our rooftop terraces are also nice places to catch up and let your eyes wander over the city while enjoying a tasty drink from the hotel bar.
For groups of more than 12 people or with more than 10 rooms, our group reservations team will help you save a lot of time with the booking itself and with checking in and out - and they'll also help you save money. Can I store luggage on the day of arrival and departure?

Sure! Each of our hotels has a spacious luggage room where you can store your things upon arrival.
When can I arrive/depart?

Check-in is possible from 3 pm, check-out until 11 am. If you have booked the late check-out, you can check out until 1 pm.
Can our luggage be picked up from the train station / airport?

Unfortunately, luggage deliveries are not part of our range of services - scusa!
When will we receive information on exactly how the rooms will be allocated?

About two weeks before you arrive we will inform you about the room allocation, so you will be informed early enough. Please understand that the planned allocation can change due to short-term and unforeseeable incidents. But don't worry: Even then we will find a solution that everyone will be happy with!
Is there an option to book lunch and dinner?

Lunch and dinner can be booked for organizational reasons only for groups of 25 people or more - scusa. In such a case, please order the meals at least 14 days in advance and inform us about special preparations (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, halal) one week before arrival. Our packed lunches, which can be booked on request, will provide you with enough energy during your city trip. At aletto Potsdamer Platz our acucina Italiana is open for our guests on Fridays and Saturdays and serves Italian classics like pizza, pasta & antipasti.
At what times can I have breakfast?

Our balanced all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet is open from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. during the week and from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on weekends and public holidays. Grab another coffee from “We Proudly Serve Starbucks (R)” and you're in for the right start to the day. Buon appetito!
Where can our bus park?

Unfortunately, we do not have our own parking spaces for buses and therefore cannot guarantee parking. However, at aletto Hotel Kudamm there is the possibility to park buses on Hardenbergstraße and at Hardenbergplatz, subject to availability. For further information, please contact our reception. It is best to call in advance and ask.
Are special eating habits taken into account?

No one should go hungry at aletto! Whether it's vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, or halal that you need - specific requests can be accommodated. Just get in touch with us!
What does the lunch package include?

The lunch package consists of two sandwiches, a piece of fruit, a candy bar, and a drink - the perfect snack for in between!
When do additional meals have to be booked/cancelled by?

We kindly ask you to discuss all points regarding additional catering with us no later than 2 weeks before arrival.
When are the bars at both houses open?

The hotel bars of the aletto Kudamm and the aletto Potsdamer Platz try to fulfill your wishes. However, fancy drinks like cocktails can only be prepared as long as the bartenders are in the house (from 4 pm to 10 pm).
What about the Internet?

High-speed WiFi is available in the rooms and in all public areas - free of charge, of course.
What are the dinner times?

Dinner is available for guests between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. You are welcome to let us know your preferred times in advance.

Safety first per favore! All public areas at the hotels are under video surveillance. Night porters are also available as contact persons at night and our reception is staffed 24/7.

Can games and sports equipment be rented?

At aletto Hotel Kudamm, you will find many board games from our partner Schmidt Games (R) and various sports equipment such as table tennis balls, soccer and basketballs or a boules set. The aletto Hotel Potsdamer Platz offers an XXL kicker and various Schmidt-Spiele (R) board games. For a small deposit, you can use everything free of charge.
Will our group be given bed linen and towels?

Si! We won't send you to sleep without bedding. The same goes for towels in the single and double rooms. In the multi-bed rooms you should bring your own towels, but you can also rent them for 4,00€ per set.
Are the hotels barrier-free?

aletto is barrier-free — bravo! “Travel for all” has successfully tested and certified us for accessibility. In addition to general accessibility, several rooms have been designed barrier-free. When does the "nighttime quiet time" apply?

From 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. there is a night silence and we ask you to respect this out of consideration for other travelers. In the bar and lounge area, of course, you can still stay around the clock and talk to others.
How can I pay at aletto?

Only cashless payments are possible in our hotels. You can easily pay with Apple & GooglePay, Paypal, EC cards, Amex & Maestro, Visa and Mastercard / Eurocard. When booking, check the payment methods in the reservation conditions and contact the friendly staff at our reception if you have any questions.
When is the final invoice due for payment?

We will usually send you the invoice by mail. You then have two weeks to transfer the amount.
Does our group have to pay the city tax?

Since 01.01.2014, Berlin has had a city tax of 5% on the accommodation price. Business travelers are excluded from this tax. The same applies to school and class trips that are approved by the school management and comply with the implementing regulations of the Senate Department for Education, Youth and Science on school events (proof from the school is required for this). Is our tour group allowed to leave the premises around the clock?

No problemo! Our hotels are open 24 hours a day and the reception area is always staffed. Your key cards for the rooms allow you to re-enter the hotels at any time.
I have lost my invoice. How do I get a new one?
