Terms and Conditions – School Trip Voucher Campaign

All participants who sign up on this list will receive a voucher worth €250 for a school trip booked at one of our aletto Hotels. The voucher is valid for two years and is only applicable to school groups with a minimum of 20 participants staying for at least 4 days.

Conditions:

• All registered participants will receive the same voucher code.
• The voucher is limited to the first 20 school trips booked.
• The voucher code can only be used once per booking and is valid for new customers only.
• The voucher cannot be applied to existing bookings.

Terms and Conditions – Instagram Giveaway

‍

Participation in giveaways on the Instagram account of aletto Hotels (@alettohotels; represented by aletto Service & Marketing GmbH) or through collaborations with influencers is subject exclusively to these conditions and is free of charge.

‍

Giveaway Process:

• The duration of the giveaway is stated in the respective Instagram post.
• Participation is only possible within the specified timeframe.
• Eligible participants must be at least 16 years old and reside in Germany.
• The winner will be contacted via direct message and must respond within 7 days.

Exclusion from Participation:

• Employees of aletto and their family members are excluded.
• Manipulation, false information or violations of the conditions will result in disqualification.

Prize, Shipping and Taxes:

• The prize cannot be paid out in cash, exchanged, or transferred.
• Any additional costs incurred are the responsibility of the winner.

Publicity:

• After the giveaway, aletto may report on the prize handover via social media or press.
• The winner may request limitations in writing.

‍

Data Protection:

• Personal data will only be used for the giveaway and deleted afterwards.
• Data will not be shared with third parties.

Instagram Disclaimer:

• This giveaway is in no way connected to Instagram.

Legal Basis:

• German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Berlin.
• Legal recourse is excluded.

Severability Clause:

‍
If any provision of these terms is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid one that comes closest to the intended purpose. This also applies in the case of any contractual gaps.
