A whole range of board games are available for you to use, but that's not all, as children can swing in playgrounds and dig in the sand in the hotel gardens. aletto Kudamm also has an outdoor soccer court, a basketball hoop, and a ping-pong table.
Baby food can be prepared on request and a baby cot can be provided for the youngest guests. Rounded off by the pleasant and stylish ambiance, the aletto hotels are the perfect choice for your family trip to Berlin.

Only cashless payments are possible in our hotels. You can easily pay with Apple & GooglePay, Paypal, EC cards, Amex & Maestro, Visa and Mastercard / Eurocard. When booking, check the payment methods in the reservation conditions and contact the friendly staff at our reception if you have any questions.
When does the "nighttime quiet time" apply?

From 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. there is a night silence and we ask you to respect this out of consideration for other travelers. In the bar and lounge area, of course, you can still stay around the clock and talk to others.
Can I bring my pet?

We at aletto love animals and generally your little companions are welcome to come along. Please note, however, that pets must be registered in advance and may be refused in certain cases. A fee of EUR 15 will also be added to your accommodation costs for extra cleaning.

At aletto Hotel Kudamm, you will find many board games from our partner Schmidt Games (R) and various sports equipment such as table tennis balls, soccer and basketballs or a boules set. The aletto Hotel Potsdamer Platz offers an XXL kicker and various Schmidt-Spiele (R) board games. For a small deposit, you can use everything free of charge.
How many people can stay in a family / multi-bed room?

No, we do not offer that. However, the smart TVs in the rooms do have an alarm function.
Are there discounts for children?

Who can say no to Bambini...? If you book as a family, you will get one of the discounted family rooms at the daily rate.
When are the bars at both houses open?

The hotel bars of the aletto Kudamm and the aletto Potsdamer Platz try to fulfill your wishes. However, fancy drinks like cocktails can only be prepared as long as the bartenders are in the house (from 4 pm to 10 pm).
What about the Internet?

High-speed WiFi is available in the rooms and in all public areas - free of charge, of course.
Is there a restaurant in the hotel?

There is no “a la carte restaurant” at aletto Hotel Kudamm, but you have the opportunity to attend group dinners. If you want to have dinner, you can arrange this with the front desk. At aletto Potsdamer Platz, our acucina Italiana is open for our guests on Fridays and Saturdays.
Can baby food be prepared by/in the hotel?

Si — we won't let our Bambini go hungry! On request, we are happy to warm up baby food we have brought along for the little ones.
At what times can I have breakfast?

Our balanced all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet is open from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. during the week and from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on weekends and public holidays. Grab another coffee from “We Proudly Serve Starbucks (R)” and you're in for the right start to the day. Buon appetito!
Is there an option to book lunch and dinner?

Lunch and dinner can be booked for organizational reasons only for groups of 25 people or more - scusa. In such a case, please order the meals at least 14 days in advance and inform us about special preparations (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, halal) one week before arrival. Our packed lunches, which can be booked on request, will provide you with enough energy during your city trip. At aletto Potsdamer Platz our acucina Italiana is open for our guests on Fridays and Saturdays and serves Italian classics like pizza, pasta & antipasti.
Can our luggage be picked up from the train station / airport?

Are there parking facilities?

Scusa - both hotels do not have their own parking spaces, but in the immediate vicinity there are parking garages where you can leave your car for a fee. Ask at the reception for tips and check the download documents for directions!
Can I store luggage on the day of arrival and departure?
